By accessing or using the Rummytactix platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be a resident of a jurisdiction where playing Rummy is legally permitted
  • Not be prohibited by law from using our services
  • Not be a resident of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, or Sikkim

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on Rummytactix are governed by:

  • The standard rules of 13-card Rummy
  • Our platform-specific rules and variations
  • Our Fair Play Policy

We reserve the right to modify game rules at any time. Any form of cheating, collusion, or use of prohibited tools will result in immediate account termination.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other players
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Engage in any fraudulent activity

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rummytactix and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
